If you experience a problem while downloading, installing or running the program, please send a note to support@citta.com, including the following information:

We will investigate the problem as soon as possible and if it proves to be caused by a defect in the program, we will provide you with a corrected version.

As an incentive for you to go through the trouble of reporting the problem, we will reward the first few people who report an issue that actually turns out to be a defect by sending them a discount coupon for the registered version of the program (or the next version, if they have already registered).
